Daily Deals – Saturday 27th May

It’s about time I looked at some more daily deals. There isn’t a theme behind this one, I just decided to scour Amazon to see what looked like good value for money.

Sony PSVR + Farpoint + Resident Evil 7 – £359.99

Starting off with the most expensive I’ve decided to look at virtual gaming. Virtual reality, whether we like it or not, looks like it’s here to stay so why not equip yourself with a virtual reality system. While the PlayStation VR may not be the best in terms of performance (that’s either the HTC Vive or Oculus Rift) it is certainly the best when it comes to value. Why not take advantage of the daily deals and pick yourself up a PSVR and the best 2 virtual reality games that have been made thus far, Farpoint and Resident Evil 7.

Viewsonic XG2401 – £248.92

We recently reviewed the Viewsonic XG2401 and were really surprised by its performance considering its low price (for a 144Hz gaming monitor). If you want more convincing you can check out our review here. Should you want to spend more on a monitor then it would be wise to check out it’s bigger brother, the XG2700-4K which is a 4K monster for less than £550.

SteelSeries Rival 700 – £54.99

Maybe you don’t need a monitor upgrade. Perhaps what you’re looking for as the icing on your cake is a new mouse that can compete with anyone. The SteelSeries Rival 700 does just that. It boasts up to 16,000 CPI and it actually has an OLED display. You read that correctly, a mouse with an OLED display. This is the f*cking future.

ZIDLI ZH7 – £49.99

Up until recently I pretty much used Turtle beach headsets for everything, then I discovered this beauty. Not only is it great value, good looking and has Dolby 7.1 surround sound but it’s incredibly, (and I’m not exaggerating here) incredibly comfortable. It’s really light on your head and it has a lot of flex to fit even the strangest shaped heads. I may have glossed over the sound but it truly is crystal clear.
